Reservations

The University Club is available for rent by members for both business and social occasions. Reservations for the use of the University Club may be made, and are encouraged, well in advance. Information on Club rental fees, capacity, equipment, and services available can be provided by the Event Planning Office. Call (970) 491-0229.

Food and Alcohol Policies

All food must be purchased from the Lory Student Center Catering Service. No food or beverages of any kind, with the exception of wedding cakes, may be brought into the University Club.

The Club has a liquor license issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue. In compliance with the applicable regulations, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the Club and consumed within Club premises. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to any person under 21 years of age, nor may a person of legal age (21) buy or give alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21. Proper identification must be presented.

Regardless of the arrangements for alcoholic beverages, i.e., cash sales or paid for by the host, the University Club retains the responsibility for compliance with the State of Colorado, Department of Revenue, Liquor Enforcement Division beer, wine and liquor codes.
