Pam Sampson

Pam Sampson - Student Organizations Title: Assistant Director, Student Involvement & Activities
Hobbies/what do you like to do outside of work?: Spend time with my family including…husband Jim and children Grant and Lauren, exercise, scrapbook, cook, tend to my flower garden, & cheer on the Kansas Jayhawks! Go KU!
How long working at CSU: I’ve worked at CSU in my current position for six years. Prior to working at CSU I was the Coordinator of Greek Life at the University of Missouri-Columbia and the Greek Life Graduate Assistant at the University of Kansas.
What do you enjoy most about working with student organizations?: Everyday is something new! The Student Organizations office serves a dynamic population so we must stay current and anticipate the needs and ideas of our constituency. I consider myself to be extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work with such high caliber student leaders that truly care about the CSU community.

Deanna Leone

Deanna Leone - Student Organizations Title: Program Coordinator, Student Organizations
Hobbies/what do you like to do outside of work?: I enjoy being outdoors whenever possible, whether it is a short day hike, back packing trips, or running, I am always up for an adventure. I also enjoy traveling to as many new places as possible and meeting new people along the way.
How long working at CSU: I began working at CSU in July 2006. Before coming to CSU, I worked for Outward Bound in Philadelphia as an Insight Instructor. I also worked for several years as a Residence Director in Manchester, New Hampshire and Seattle, Washington. Prior to that, I earned my master’s degree in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst while serving as an Assistant Residence Director and spending summers as the Associate Manager for Student Life at Boston University's Tanglewood Institute. 
What do you enjoy most about working with student organizations?: I enjoy the change in settings each day as new faces come into the office and the inspiration I feel each time a student presents a creative new idea. Mostly, I love seeing and being a part of the transformation students go through as they discover new strengths about themselves and the limitless amounts of fun we have during that journey.

Michele Frick

Michele Frick - Student Organizations Title: Accounting Tech III
Hobbies/what do you like to do outside of work?: Collect shoes, read, walk Bowser (our Beagle), watch reality TV shows, & spend time with family (especially neices & nephews).
How long working at CSU: 17 ½ years at CSU and 5 ½ years in the Student Organizations office.
What do you enjoy most about working with student organizations?: I truly enjoy the daily interactions with students. I also get to help students spend their money. =)

Laura Fagan

Laura Fagan - Student Organizations Title: Accounting Technician II
Hobbies/what do you like to do outside of work?: I enjoy gardening and spending time with my family and pets. I love being around water and in the mountains.
How long working at CSU: I have worked in the Student Organizations office for over four years.
What do you enjoy most about working with student organizations?: The part of my job I enjoy the most is the personal contact I have with students while working with organizations on campus.

Cody Hudson

Cody Hudson - Student Organizations Title: Graduate Assistant, Student Involvement & Activities
Hobbies/what do you like to do outside of work?: Watching college football, playing basketball, reading, taking road trips. I like sappy movies and spending time with my nephews.
How long working at CSU: I've worked at CSU for 1 year.
What do you enjoy most about working with student organizations?: I like working with students who are passionate about the programs, events, and organizations in which they are involved. Everyday brings a new challenge and a new face, which keeps things exciting and fun.
